    Thank you for visiting hobbytown.com where we think of this site as an extension of our stores. We are dedicated towards the highest level of customer service and care about the relationships that we have with our customers. Therefore, we want to provide you with the shopping experiences that you prefer. Our store pickup option lets you buy online and pick up your order in the store. Thus, saving you a shipping charge.

    Here is how it works:

    1. Select the item that you wish to purchase.
    2. Enter your zip code in the "Shop HobbyTown" graphic.
    3. Select your nearest store offering online shopping by clicking "Shop this HobbyTown".
    4. Click on "Add to Cart".
    5. Click on "Check Out".
    6. Create a customer account or select "Checkout without creating an account".
    7. Select Store Pickup.
    8. Wait to receive two emails from us:
      • Order Confirmation – Verifies that we received your order.
      • Pickup Notification – Lets you know that your order is ready to be picked up and what you will need to bring with you to the store.
       

    Important: Only the person who placed the order and is named on the purchasing credit card may pick an order up. The purchasing credit card, valid picture ID and order confirmation must also be present when picking the order up. If PayPal was used to complete your transaction you must have a confirmed address with PayPal. A valid picture ID with a matching address and order confirmation must also be present when picking the order up.

    For any inquiries about the order you placed simply call the HobbyTown USA® store that you placed your order with. The store phone number can be found on the store’s profile page or a complete list of stores is available on the Home Page using the "Find a Store" link.
